What is mid at school. "Secondary boarding school of the Russian Foreign Ministry" FGBOU. Disciples about their home

The secondary boarding school of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia is a budgetary educational institution located in the Moscow region. Initially, there were two boarding school buildings. Girls lived in one, and boys lived in the other. In 1962, a new school building was built with the joint stay of both sexes. The territory of the boarding school is 7 hectares.

Enrollment in a boarding school takes place on a competitive basis. Children, whose parents are employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, live and study at the school free of charge.

Children are trained in advanced educational programs with in-depth study of mathematics, English and Russian. Primary school students study according to the developmental system of L.V. Zankova. Starting from grade 5, students learn a second foreign language (German or French).

The entire first floor of one of the school buildings is occupied by a medical section, in which a pediatrician, psychotherapist, neurologist, dentist, massage therapist, physiotherapy instructor, and two nurses work. Children with viral infections are kept in a 16-bed isolation ward under round-the-clock supervision. All children are periodically vaccinated according to the vaccination plan.

After school, students attend electives: a theater studio, a folk art circle, swimming, volleyball, judo, a chess club, ballroom and folk dances. On an individual basis, children can learn to play musical instruments.

Pupils stay at the school around the clock from Monday to Saturday.

In 1948, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR opened two boarding schools for employees' children in Moscow. Two boarding schools were established, one for boys and the other for girls. In the 50s, the question arose of uniting boarding schools and transferring them outside Moscow. The choice fell on the Shchelkovo district of the Moscow region.
The school building was designed by the architect Evgeny Sergeevich Stolyarov. Construction began in 1956 and ended in 1961. Teams of teachers and boarding school students actively helped the builders during subbotniks, often coming to the construction site near Moscow. During the summer holidays of 1958-61, pupils and teachers took part in laying a garden, planting ornamental trees and shrubs.
After completion of construction in February 1962. a team of teachers and students of the boarding school was formed. Nikolay Demyanovich Avdeev was appointed director. Deputy director for teaching and educational work Golovkina Nina Aleksandrovna, deputy. Director for educational work Voevodina Anastasia Afanasyevna. In February 1962, the school welcomed its first pupils - 550 children. From 3 teams merged into a Moscow boarding school for girls, a boarding school for boys and the 10th grade of the Ministry of Foreign Trade. The Komsomol collective and the council of the pioneer squad decided to hold a grand opening of the school on March 23, 1962. This date has become the traditional birthday of the boarding school.
In the first years, both children and employees had to work hard to improve the territory of the boarding school. The picture of the territory after construction was brightened only by the forest behind the school. Thanks to the efforts of Grigory Alekseevich Stalkov, more than a hundred trees and shrubs were planted on the school grounds. The life of the boarding school collective is inextricably linked with the history of the country. Many years have passed since the opening of the school, and for almost all pupils, it has become a real family, allowing them to take a worthy step into adulthood. The guys learned not only in the classroom, they learned to live in a team. Much attention was paid to labor education, education of cultural skills of the community. The boarding school has become a source of knowledge for many people and the first step from which adult life begins. The guys lived in the boarding school around the clock, so in the summer they did not just have a rest, but went to a labor camp in the Crimea, where they worked well in the fields of the state farm "Golden Field" near Feodosia and traveled to the cities of Crimea. Wonderful traditions were laid in the school. This includes holding calendar holidays, and studying the history of the country and the world in numerous trips to cities in Russia and abroad.
The high level of the school is determined by highly qualified teachers. The educational and upbringing process is carried out by 65 teachers: 45 have the highest and 1st qualification categories. A large group of teachers have been working at the school for over 20 years, this helps to preserve the best traditions of the school. One of the great traditions was the preservation of the memory of those who survived the war on front or rear. In honor of the veterans, a monument was erected in the village of Ulitkino, at which schoolchildren traditionally hold commemorative rulers and lay flowers. The glorified heroes of the Great Patriotic War come to the meeting with the guys. Many students of the school have achieved success and became known throughout the country. Among the graduates of the school are actors, journalists, architects, diplomats, doctors. Many graduates do not lose touch with classmates after graduation. The life path of some of the school's students ended tragically. The school sacredly reveres the memory of them, passing on these pages of history to the next generations. Every year a group of children visit the monument to Misha Visloguzov, who died in Afghanistan, a hero who was awarded posthumously.

The building of the boarding school is located in the suburbs of Moscow, 28th kilometer of Shchelkovskoye highway on the territory of 7.5 hectares in a forest park zone. The complex of buildings includes: a building with living and educational premises, a sports hall, a dining room for 250 seats, an assembly hall, a dance hall, equipped rooms for wrestling, a gym, a library with a reading room (25 320 copies)
