DIY fishing comfort. Making tackle for winter and summer fishing with your own hands. Homemade summer fishing sprays

An oscillating lure is well suited for summer fishing - this is a metal plate, which, thanks to its device, can make movements in a certain rhythm, which attracts fish.

A spinning lure is no less effective - during the posting, the rod begins to rotate, attracting the fish with its movements. There are also acoustic spinners - they are very effective, since fish are sensitive to sounds.

The simplest ones are made simply from two plates, which, when touched, create a ringing. The devon spoon, in turn, imitates a fast fish. Its only serious drawback is that it constantly twists the line. Also known are non-hook baits - they are used mainly to avoid snagging.

You can also make a spoon by yourself - there is nothing complicated in this, and the result is many times greater than mass stamping. It is not for nothing that most professional fishermen make their own spinners. First you need to choose a material - any metal will do.

Although aluminum is best avoided, it plays very poorly. The plate should be free of nicks, rust and other things - the thickness is from half a millimeter to eight tenths. Large baubles can reach one and a half millimeters. After cutting out the shape, the plate is sanded and leveled.

After checking for the game and the catch, the spinners are made according to this option. Before use, it would be nice to grind the metal with felt or felt - you can use mastic for blades or crocus as a lubricant.

Feeders

Fish feeders have been made for many years - with the development of technology, new types appear, and they are constantly being improved. The advantage of the feeders is that they can be thrown quite far, thus relying on large fish, as well as a good result and the absence of a hook.

Today, feeder feeders and carp are made - the former are much more versatile, and the latter are used mainly for carp, since they are larger.

You can also divide the feeders into types according to their shape - square, oval, spring, and so on. The choice is wide - the main thing is to decide in advance where the feeders will be used.

In addition, they make them open and closed - the latter are suitable for animal feed, and the former for vegetable and cereals.

The materials used for the manufacture of feeders are different - plastic is cheaper, but it is short-lived, but the metal will last longer, especially if you cover it with an anti-corrosion compound, although such feeders are not cheap.

You can make a feeder yourself - also from plastic or metal. The first can be made from a plastic bottle - the neck and bottom are cut off from it, and the cylinder is cut across. The plastic sheet should be about 6 x 12-13 cm in size. Hole points are marked on the plastic sheet, at a distance of about two centimeters.

The cylinder is overlapped and secured with paper clips. After that, the holes themselves are burned out - they can also be punched with a hole punch or drilled. When the base is ready, you need to close the junction with a lead strip and put on a fastener on one end - after that, the plate is compressed at both ends.

A metal feeder is more difficult to make and requires a lot of materials and tools.

Floats

Floats have been used for a long time, since they signal the moment of fish bite. Today, goose feathers have been replaced by modern, high-tech models, but their essence has remained unchanged. For swing fishing rods, light floats with a small weight are used - they allow you to notice even the slightest movement.

For match and Bolognese fishing rods, waglers are usually used. For deep fishing, you need a float with a blind mount, and if the depth exceeds the length of the rod, then the mount must be sliding. During plug fishing, supersensitive, carp and flat floats are used.

To make a float at home, you need to have some equipment and materials. It is best to make floats in several pieces - it just saves time.

So, one float shape can be made in different sizes. You need to make a blank with a jigsaw or knife.

It is best to leave a margin of length in a centimeter or one and a half, and thickness - 3-4 mm.

To find the center, draw diagonals at the ends. For the keel, steel wire is used, which must be irradiated.

In the center at the end, you need to insert a keel by a centimeter, you can even one and a half.

After checking, dip the keel in epoxy glue and replace. When everything is dry, the workpiece is given the shape of a float - the edges of the main cylinder are cut off, and a smaller cylinder is made on the side opposite to the keel.

Then the final shape is given to the workpiece, after - grinding. A float ring is made from a thin wire, leaving ends of 5-7 mm. An antenna 3-5 cm in size is made from the same wire from which the keel was made and glued in place of the cut thin cylinder. The ring is glued in just below the top of the float.

After that, you just need to paint the float - for a brighter antenna, you can use cambric from the wires (preferably white). The paints should be waterproof and should not be applied very thickly. The float will dry for a day or two.

Mugs

Fishing circles are used to catch predatory fish - they are made from a disc, a stick and a rig, which, in turn, consists of a forest, a load and a leash (for pike), as well as a tee.

Since we do not make high-quality mugs, it is best to use homemade products. To make such a device, you first need to cut out the shape from the foam and sand it with sandpaper. In the center of the workpiece, you need to drill a hole one and a half centimeters in diameter, where a sleeve with its own hole is inserted, but already 8-9 mm.

The underside of the disc should be painted white and the top red. The mast needs to be made from a coniferous tree in the form of a truncated cone.

It will be fifteen centimeters long, with a diameter of 6 to 12 mm from top to butt.

Since conifers are quite soft, no technique is needed - a simple knife is enough.

With the keel head it is more difficult - here you need a lathe, since its shape should be like that of an egg.

If all the work is done on the machine, then the mast will generally be smooth and even.

A blind hole is made in the keel head, necessary to insert the mast head there - for a good fastening, it is filled with epoxy resin. The last thing left is to equip the circle.

It is better to make the main line from a nylon cord with a cross section of half a millimeter. The length is determined individually - several meters longer than the deepest point in the proposed fishing spot.

Fishing rods

An ordinary fishing rod consists of several parts - the rod itself, a float, a fishing line, a hook, a sinker, a reel and a leader. A rod is made of wood - you can use hazel or birch, use a pebble as a sinker, and a feather or cork as a float. Naturally, such a primitive rod will not catch a lot of fish.

Spinning is much more difficult to do on your own, but this is generally a professional device for fishing. The rod here is made of cork or wood; you can also use plastic.

In addition, you definitely need a reel - for spinning, a long distance is important, and without a reel, the fish cannot be pulled out of there. The fishing line is attached along the entire length of the rod, and already behind it is released - a bait for predatory fish species is suspended at the end.

Rigging

Today there are many types of lures, and even more types of rigs.

The classic equipment is a weight-head and a hook welded into it. The weight can be of different shapes - as a ball or ellipse, and rugby or hoof.

It is not difficult to make such a bait at home, although it will require some skill and special technique - you need to grind a weight and solder a small ring and a hook to it. Actually, this is all that is needed for the manufacture of classic tooling.

Articulated mounting means that there are two mounts on the weight - one for the main line and the hook, and the other for the offset hook and bait.

To make this is only a little more difficult than a classic rig - you just need to solder an additional mount.

Nods

Side nods are best for summer fishing. They are far from being made at all factories, and therefore they are available mainly in large cities - for other settlements only hand-made production is suitable.

First you need to cut off a thin sliver from the knee of the telescopic rod - the length should be at least 15 cm. The sliver should be cleaned and sanded with sandpaper.

After that, a ring is made from the wire with one end of a few centimeters - the end should depart from the ring at a right angle.

In addition, you can put a thermotube on the nod and melt - so there is no need to paint, and also check for flexibility.

How to catch more fish?

I have been active fishing for quite some time now and have found many ways to improve my bite. And here are the most effective ones:
  1. ... Attracts fish in cold and warm water with the help of pheromones and stimulates their appetite. It is a pity that Rosprirodnadzor wants to ban its sale.
  2. More sensitive gear. You can find reviews and instructions for other types of gear on the pages of my website.
  3. Pheromone baits.

Homemade boats

The boat is well suited for calm fishing, but not everyone can afford to buy such a device - but there is a way out. You can make a boat yourself. It is best to make such a boat out of wood - this way you can make it even large enough for two.

The materials you need are ash and 5mm plywood. First you need to make the frames and keel.

The latter is better made from one board, but you can also glue two, although this will make the boat not so strong. The frames are wedged in the keel grooves, and the bottom of the boat is attached to them.

The assembly of the frame ends with fasteners for two more rails - not screws to the right and left of the longitudinal.

The next step involves turning the boat over on the gantry. The frames are processed with a rasp so that they fit snugly against the pressed curved rail.

Pieces of the hull are cut from plywood and attached to the boat with plenty of epoxy glue.

In addition, rather large clamps contribute to the fastening. Each component must be planed so that the next one fits as tightly as possible - the remnants of the glue that is not used for fastening must be removed with a linen cloth soaked in acetone.

After that, the fastening of the rest of the parts begins - the upper planks, the rear of the boat, fenders, seat supports, breshtuk, knits and so on.

Fishing knots

In the process of fishing, many types of fishing knots are used - and they are all categorized by purpose. For example, there are knots for hooks and lures, loops, for attaching the line to the reel and for tying the lines.

For a spatula hook where there is no knot, the main fishing knot is usually used. For large hooks, use the Dumhof knot. The driver unit is convenient in that it does not damage the line.

Many fishermen also use stop knots to limit the depth for a sliding float, or to control the casting distance.

Homemade summer fishing sprays

The easiest recipe for a spray is vanilla and water. Vanilla powder, or liquid, is added to hot water, and then poured into a spray bottle. Fruit sprays use fruit essences as a base - they have a very rich aroma.

You can also combine different smells - for example, by mixing the essence of strawberry, vanilla and cocoa in water, you need to bring the container to a boil, and then pour it into bottles.

It is best to take several types of sprays for fishing - who knows what kind of fish will go today? For crucian carp, for example, it is best to use sunflower oil and garlic.

To summarize all of the above, we can say that summer fishing is a rather troublesome business, but nevertheless brings joy and pleasure. Moreover, almost everything you need can be prepared without much difficulty with your own hands.

How long have you had a really BIG CAPTURE?

When was the last time you caught dozens of HEALTHY pike / carp / bream?

We always want to get the result from fishing - to catch not three perches, but a dozen kilogram pikes - this will be the catch! Each of us dreams of this, but not everyone knows how.

A good catch can be achieved (and we both know this) thanks to good bait.

It can be made at home or bought at fishermen's shops. But in stores it is expensive, and to prepare groundbait at home, you need to spend a lot of time, and, frankly, homemade bait does not always work well.

Do you know that disappointment when you bought groundbait or cooked it at home, but caught three or four perches?

So maybe it's time to use a really working product, the effectiveness of which has been proven both scientifically and by practice on the rivers and ponds of Russia?

It gives the very result that we cannot achieve on our own, especially since it is cheap, which distinguishes it from other means and you do not need to spend time on manufacturing - you ordered it, brought it and go!

Of course, it's better to try once than hear a thousand times. Moreover, now is the season! when ordering, this is a great bonus!

Find out more about the bait!

During a long winter warming, when it’s unsafe to go out on the ice, and I want to go fishing, it’s time to remember the spinning rod put in the closet, choose the nearest small rivulet on the map with a fast enough current and start gathering for the nearest river.

"Carp anglers" are anglers who are looking forward to the open water season in order to again measure their strength in a fight with a huge and very strong fish - carp. As soon as the ice cover comes off the reservoirs, "carp anglers" begin to wait for the next weekend to go fishing.

For a quality holiday, you need to choose a good base. Your comfort will depend on the correct choice, as well as the emotions received from the time spent at the base. There are many quality places in Kapchagai that allow tourists to have a quality rest.

Many anglers are constantly paying attention to the latest fishing news to make it easier for themselves to catch fish and trophies. Most of these new products are no different from each other. But there are also real innovations that can completely change the process of catching fish.

Modern anglers know how difficult it is to do without a quality boat on the pond. It will allow you to go to the deepest places in order to get big trophies. The HYDRA Nova 450 "Lux" model is a real find for those who like to spend time with a fishing rod.

Bream is the only representative of the genus of bream from the carp family. Basically, this fish is kept in groups, prefers deep places that are overgrown with grass. They live most often in rivers and lakes. It attracts many anglers with its taste.

The outboard motor is one of the main components and systems in the design. The site contains a wide and varied selection of engine spare parts. Boat engines are used in boats, sailing yachts. They perform the function of an additional device when towing vehicles on the open sea.

Many anglers devote all their free time to their favorite pastime, looking for any ways to go fishing as quickly as possible. And if some cannot imagine life without shop tackle and baits, others constantly make fishing tackle with their own hands, claiming that they are no less effective than purchased products. The main thing is that they are made correctly.

DIY silicone baits

A variety of artificial lures are used for fishing with spinning tackle. Particularly popular are silicone products, which create a high-quality imitation of the behavior of live fish and attract predators well. However, such lures are subject to wear and tear, therefore, with prolonged use, contact with ferocious fish or other mechanical influences, they lose their appearance and cease to be suitable for further fishing. But is there any point in throwing them away after that? Of course not. After all, if you put together several silicones, you can create new, quite attractive nozzles from them.

So, a step-by-step guide to recycling old silicone products is as follows:

Making wobblers at home

Also, many fishermen know how to make homemade wobblers for pike with their own hands, saving themselves from the high costs of buying expensive store models. The process itself looks very funny and simple, because it does not require the use of special equipment or tools.

If you are going to make a wobbler, follow these instructions:

Homemade spoons for pike and perch

Another irreplaceable fishing accessory is a spoon. There are two popular varieties of these lures - spinning and oscillating. The first type is very easy to make, provided that you have minimal skills in working with tools and materials. ... During the manufacturing process, it is necessary to apply:

  • An ordinary paper clip.
  • Tee.
  • A metal plate, 0.5-1 mm thick.
  • A tiny bead.
  • A piece of sheet lead.
  • File, files, scissors and pliers.

At the beginning of work, a petal shape is drawn on a piece of cardboard for the future bait, after which the drawing is transferred to the metal. You need to take scissors and carefully cut the petal from a metal blank, after which it should be carefully filed to prevent burrs and other defects. Two holes are made along the edges of the petal (one on each edge), and they are also processed with a file. Places where there are holes can be bent 90 degrees in relation to the petal. Then it remains to take the wire and align it, and form a loop at one end and install a triple hook.

Then, on the same wire, you need to put on a petal and a bead, and then again form a loop for attaching the fishing line. Moreover, it is important to perform a loop again, on which the fishing line will be attached in such a way that it does not interfere with the free rotation of the petal.

In order for the homemade bait to work well enough, it needs to be set up correctly using the additional loading method. A lead weight should be installed between the tee and the petal, calculating everything with great care. At the last stage of making the spoon, it remains to give it the desired color.

Not a secret, that for casting the tackle at a long distance from its own location, as well as for the reliable immersion of the rig to a depth, it is necessary to use a suitable sinker. And although in some cases fishermen use any metal objects with the appropriate weight, if you approach the issue of making lead weights correctly, this will increase the chances of successful fishing in any conditions.

The following requirements are imposed on a quality sinker:

  • It should be heavy, therefore, it is preferable to choose lead as the basis, which has the highest density among all other materials available to the average fisherman.
  • It should have a streamlined shape with a perfectly smooth surface, because when casting, the sinker gives in to aerodynamic forces, and any roughness violates the flight range.
  • It must have a secure place of fixation with the fishing line.
  • It should remain invisible so as not to cause extra caution in the fish.
  • It must be accessible.

Making a sinker for fishing with your own hands is not difficult.

Many seasoned anglers cast a lead sinker in an aluminum spoon. To do this, take:

To begin with, you need to place the selected melting pot on a burner or fire, and then place fine lead there. After waiting for the metal to melt, it should be placed in a spoon. After the material has solidified, it can be detached from the aluminum surface of the spoon and used as a sinker.

Create a live bait trap

Not a secret that the issue of storing live bait for spinning pike fishing worries many fishermen. And if in spring or autumn live baits remain viable for a long time and remain mobile, then in summer they can die in a couple of hours. But it may take too much time to catch new ones, and the angler does not always have the appropriate tackle with him. However, if you make a simple and uncomplicated device from two plastic bottles, the problem will automatically disappear.

A step-by-step guide to making a trap:

  1. So, first you need to take a two-liter bottle and cut off the neck from it. Then, on the same side, you need to cut off the neck in the wide part, which will allow you to get a detail that resembles a watering can. In this bottle, the bottom is still cut off.
  2. We take the second bottle and cut off the bottom of it, at a distance of 5-7 cm from the maximum thickness.
  3. Further, the structure should be assembled by inserting the cut-off "watering can" back, but now in the opposite way, placing the thinnest section inside. As a result, the structure is interconnected with artificial threads.
  4. Attach a weight and rope to the trap.

To test the device in real conditions, you need to place the bait in it and lower it to the bottom of the reservoir where fishing takes place. Small fish will immediately become interested in the attractive bait and will try to eat it. Once she is trapped, there will be no way back. Now, when you need to find live bait, it will always be there.

How to make a girder with your own hands

For winter fishing for predatory fish, in particular pike, as well as large pike-perch, it is customary to use a jig and a popular tackle - a zherlitsa. And although it was invented a long time ago, many experienced and novice anglers are constantly interested in making such a tool with their own hands. In fact, it is easy to make a girdle, because its design remains simple and uncomplicated.

As the basis for the future tackle, a 32 mm thick PVC sewer pipe is used, which should be divided into 10-15 cm segments. Any irregularities and external defects can be smoothed out with a file.

Then three holes should be equipped in the pipe: two are made on one side, one against the other, which is necessary to fix the tripod, and one on the back side, where it will play the role of a fishing line stopper.

The stopper is formed in the form of the letter "P", while it should not interfere with the free movement of the line. Then you need to create a ring of fishing line with a diameter of 0.4-0.5 millimeters. Its purpose is to fasten the vent to a metal rod that will be driven into the ice. Also, up to 10 meters of fishing line is wound onto a piece of pipe, to the end of which a load and a hook, preferably a tee, cling.

Homemade bait for crucian carp

In addition to tackle and other important devices, many anglers create effective bait for fish. It is no secret that for each underwater inhabitant it is necessary to select the appropriate bait composition. Otherwise, the coveted trophy will simply ignore the proposed bait and go to the depths.

If we talk about fishing for crucian carp, then to increase the efficiency of the upcoming fishing, you can use a unique tool based on semolina, which should be prepared according to a special recipe.

So, first you need to pour water into a container and add a few drops of flavoring there, and then put it on fire and bring to a boil. Semolina is placed in boiling water and constantly stirred until a homogeneous thick mass is formed. Then the fire is turned off, and the porridge is moved to the appropriate place for cooling and steaming. As soon as it reaches room temperature, you can begin to knead it with your hands, which will increase the density. Then the porridge is wrapped in several layers of gauze, but not with polyethylene. On the basis of such a mixture, balls are created, which are placed on a hook.

In addition to the above instructions for making fishing devices, there are many others that are amazing in their efficiency and ease of installation. Therefore, if you do not want to support someone's business and believe that homemade baits and tackle can be effective for any fishing condition, keep looking for instructions and ways to create such items from the available tools.
